What we look for in the businesses we invest in

Financial Characteristics
  • Revenues of THB 10-300M 
  • Enterprise Value of THB 30-300M 
  • EBITDA Margin in excess of 15%
Business Characteristics
  • History of stability and profitability, ideally part of a growing sector
  • Technical aspects can be understood by an industry outsider
  • Not excessively reliant on existing owner's relationships
  • Strong history of employee & customer retention
